I know both sides of the table.
For 15 years I've worked across recruitment, HR, international mobility and career transition. I've seen people get hired, onboarded, relocated, promoted, laid off, and start over.
I know what makes a recruiter stop at a CV, and what makes them move on. And I know what it's like to want a change without knowing where to start.
I also work with organisations that want to support their people's development, integrate new team members or expats, and stand by their employees through change: a restructuring, layoffs or an international move.

The same way of working with individuals, groups and organisations: empathy and careful listening, including to what is said between the lines, turned into a concrete strategy built on what matters. My approach combines coaching, mentoring and consulting methods.

I don't take everyone through the same method. I choose the tools, exercises and approach for you, your project and your situation. The work is tailored to you, and it evolves with you.
Some people need structure and a plan. Some need someone to believe in them before they can believe in themselves. Most need both. That's what makes the work personal, and why it works.

You can reinvent it.
I don't believe in a sensible plan for life, made at 25 to please everyone. Or in jumping into the deep end just to prove you're brave. I believe people are made to keep growing, and that our ability to adapt is a huge resource. So I want everyone to be able to look at their career from a new perspective, while they still have the comfort of choice. Sometimes the choice is to stay.
I've changed direction myself, more than once:
- 2014
I left a blooming HR career in Poland and moved to France with three suitcases. No job, not a word of the language. Within a year, I was recruiting in French for some of the country's biggest companies. Seven years later, I became a French citizen.
- 2021–2022
I trained with Erickson Coaching International, one of the world's leading coaching schools, became an ICF certified coach and started my own business.
- 2023
When everything looked great on paper, I sold almost everything I owned, booked a one-way ticket, packed one small backpack and left for Asia alone. I was living my dream of travelling the world, while still supporting my clients and running transition programmes for organisations, fully remotely.
- 2024
I became a certified yoga teacher in Bali, and opened my own yoga studio in Poland.
- 2024–2026
I trained from zero to become an SSI certified Rescue Diver, after almost drowning at the age of seven and being afraid of deep water for years. Today: 150+ dives, down to 40 metres, in some of the most beautiful and remote places in the world.
Each of these changes taught me something I bring to my work today: a change of direction can be prepared. It doesn't have to be a leap in the dark. I know the process from the inside, which is why my support is concrete and grounded in reality.
